1969 Hot Wheels Redline Custom Camaro Orange - Hong Kong Base

An original 1968 Hot Wheels Redline Custom Camaro finished in orange with a Hong Kong base, presented in near mint condition. Part of the original Sweet 16 release, this early production casting features the raised twin-vent hood detail, crisp body lines, and factory-tinted windshield. The metallic orange paint retains strong color and gloss, and the body panels remain straight with clean casting definition throughout.

The base is clearly stamped “Custom Camaro” along with the 1968 Mattel Hong Kong markings and U.S. and Foreign Patents Pending text. The chrome base shows good original finish, and the Redline wheels are clean, properly seated, and roll as designed. The interior remains intact and original, completing this well-preserved first-year example.
